Decolonizing Dinner explores traditional Native cuisines from the kitchens of two Native chefs in Wisconsin. Through food, they share how Native communities are preserving their history and identity, while countering the historical and contemporary erasure of Indigenous cultures. The pilot episode features Ho-Chunk Chef Elena Terry of Wild Bearies and Mexica Chef Anthony Gallarday of Tavo’s Signature Cuisine.
